Terms of Service

Last updated: April 28, 2026

The deal

Entity OS is operated by LiquidDocs Inc. ("we"). By signing in you ("you") agree to these terms. If you don't, don't sign in.

Your account

You're responsible for the email address you sign in with and for the accuracy of the data you confirm. One person, one account. Don't share credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Entity OS to violate any law or third-party right.
  • Attempt to access workspaces other than your own, reverse engineer the system, or scrape it at scale.
  • Upload or connect data sources you don't own or have permission to use.
  • Use the meta-agent or its sub-agents to produce content designed to defraud, harass, or harm others.

Plans and billing

Free tier limits: $5/month LLM budget, 3 entities, 1 agent. Paid plans (Starter $15, Pro $39, Enterprise custom) raise these limits per the on-page descriptions. Billing is processed by Stripe. You can cancel any time from /system/account; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and we don't pro-rate refunds.

What the meta-agent does and doesn't do

Entity OS surfaces decisions and (with your permission) executes agent actions. We use commercially reasonable effort to make those actions match your intent, but you are responsible for reviewing each action before approving it. Use the autonomy slider to control how much an agent can do without your per-action approval.

No warranty

Entity OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that any specific outcome will match what an LLM-generated Decision Card proposed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of Entity OS is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$50.

Termination

You can terminate by deleting your account from /system/data-privacy. We can terminate your access (with notice when practical) if you breach these terms or if continued operation creates material legal, security, or operational risk.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll notify you in-app or by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Disputes go to the courts of Montréal.
